SWAP / HSO
NEW / No Box — essentially new, within 30 days into warranty. Original white film on device. Cycle count ≤ 1 (cannot exceed 1).
Grade A
Like New / Mint condition. OEM screen, no visible damage, fully functional.
Grade B
OEM, no cracks, light use, fully functional.
Grade C
Cracked glass / good LCD. 1 small white spot max. Multiple or major spots = Bad LCD. Must be OEM.
Grade D
Bad LCD, touch issues. Must be fully functional — just needs a new screen. Aftermarket screen = Bad LCD. Black LCD / unable to test = DOA.
DOA
No power / signs of life. Cracked, bad LCD, water damaged, mixed issues. Heavy bend / damage / missing parts may be subject to lower price.
Asurion
Remanufactured / refurbished, marked on back. Shows "Used" + "Genuine" messages. Approx. ~$150 off from Grade B.
NEW / Sealed
Brand NEW / Sealed in Box. Warranty not activated.
